Cobypic is an app that made it to the countryside for weekend stays.

Cobypic is far from finished,
Cobypic is full of ideas that can’t be diminished.

Didn’t get as far as I thought we would, must have been the rhyming… Hope you enjoyed getting to know Cobypic a little better in this short little post.

Cobypic decided we wanted to do something to celebrate, so we went to a couple different stores between midnight and 6AM handing out candy and “comic strips.”

The comic strips showed how everyone could make a cobypic by taking a picture of their candy. We got a lot of excitement with many people trying the “Hungry Panda” on my phone and then downloading the Starter Book for themselves!

It was a fun night and I handed out a couple hundred comics and pieces of candy. If you look at the pictures you can get an idea of how long the line was at Ginza by looking for the Bulgari building in the pictures. You can see it pretty clearly from the front of the line and then just barely see it from the back!

Also here’s a short video with Taiyo who was in the first group at the front of the line on Monday!

8km walked between the stores, a lot of stapling, and hard candy later and we’ve got a lot of new excited Cobypic’ers on their brand new iPhone 5′s!
